Please inform the staff at Skin Therapies, Inc. prior to any treatments if you are on antibiotics or other medicines that may affect your care.
Inclement Weather Policy
Skin Therapies, Inc. recognizes and will fall under the Fort Worth School District/Texas Christian University for inclement weather and other emergencies that can affect the company’s ability to be open for business as well as the employees’ ability to get to work safely. We will keep the company closed for the briefest period of time possible and will call/email/text to get clients rescheduled as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Because appointments are exclusively reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation made with less than the required notice can result in a charge of 50% f the total service(s). No shows will be charged full price. If a client is going to be 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule to be courteous to the guest after. To ensure availability, we suggest clients schedule their appointments prior to leaving.
