What we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: only what's needed to run the store, never sold.
What we collect
When you shop or contact us we collect the basics: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), order history, and the contents of messages you send us. Payment details are processed by Square and never touch our servers. Consultation messages are contact information and free text only — please don’t include medical details; anything clinical is handled within the spa’s own systems.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send transactional email (confirmations, shipping updates), respond to consultation requests, and — only with your opt-in — occasional marketing email. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers who make the store work: Square (payments), our shipping and email providers, and Fullscript if you choose to use the supplement dispensary. We never sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us. We’ll respond within the timelines required by applicable state privacy laws.
