We want your routine to be right. Here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Opened products can’t be restocked, but if something isn’t working for your skin, reach out — we’ll help you find the right alternative.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number (it looks like SM-10234). We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping.
Prescription products
Prescription items such as Upneeq are dispensed through your provider and cannot be returned once dispensed, per regulation.
