Terms of service

The store

This site is the online store of Skin Therapies Inc. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our shipping, returns, and privacy policies.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) — for example when a product is out of stock or restricted from online sale. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before payment.

When you start an autoship, the autoship items in the order you place at checkout are charged at the autoship price (the regular price less the autoship discount shown on the product page). Each delivery after it is charged to your saved card at the autoship price in effect when it ships, plus any shipping and tax, worked out the same way as at checkout. A discount code entered at checkout applies to the subtotal after the autoship price. The reminder email before each scheduled delivery shows the estimated total.

Restricted products

Some products in the catalog are informational, provider-restricted, or prescription-only. These cannot be purchased online; the site will route you to a consultation instead. Prescription products are dispensed only through an authorized provider.

Not medical advice

Product descriptions and content on this site are for general information and reflect the manufacturers’ own claims. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional about your individual skin health.

Accounts and conduct

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Intellectual property

Site content, curation, and design are owned by Skin Therapies Inc. or licensed from the respective brands and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to new orders. Material changes will be dated on this page.
